Darius Milhaud found inspiration for La création du monde in an African creation myth involving the primordial deities Nzame, Medere, and N’kva. A century later, Stefano Gervasoni departs from the Christian God, who created humanity on the sixth day, and reflects on the indifference with which our species has treated nature. Theatre maker Gorges Ocloo, on his part, contemplates the story of stories: timeless and from a distance.
